I was honoured to speak at the Virtual Online Festival, SHINE FESTIVAL 2021, for teenage girls. I spoke on the Sports Stage and discussed ‘Period & Performance’; a workshop designed to educate teenage girls about menstrual cycle health, how to track their cycles, the dangers of period loss and how to nourish their bodies through nutrition.
Running from March 8th to 10th, this completely FREE event brought over 80 inspirational women together to speak about topics such as mental health, consent, art, careers, sports and much much more!
