FFS Gyms: I work with private clients in FFS Gyms in their two location, Dundrum Shopping centre and Leeson Street.
Breathing Space Studios: If you are living near Dublin 8, I take private 1:1 and 2:1 clients in the gorgeous and inclusive Breathing Space Studios.

This class is a mixed-level class that uses a mix of TRX, weighted (KB/DB), bodyweight and banded exercises to get you feeling strong and feeling good.Â
This fun, high-tempo class is suitable for all levels and is Pregnancy-Friendly - all exercises can be adjusted to suit you during your pregnancy.

Women's Strength Class - Escapada Health
Wednesdays 7am
Start your morning right by prioritising yourself in this female-focused class.
This class focuses on teaching you proper form, building core strength and endurance, prioritising your pelvic floor health, and helping to maintain bone density and total body strength - all in a fun and inclusive setting.
With a mix of bodyweight, banded and dumbbell exercises this form-focused and accessible class is suitable for all ages and levels, including women who are pregnant and postpartum.*
*please inform Sinéad at the beginning of class and make sure you have read and understand her Pre/Postnatal Waiver
